Signed-in visitors can order and follow their own orders in the chat. Visitors who aren't signed in get only what the business publishes. The business's own staff use "Staff sign-in" in the chat: they sign in to Matih in a window of its own, and the chat then acts with their own Matih permissions. The chat acts on the business's connected data in Matih, never on this website.
